After their Couples session, Jessa & Brett commented on how they aren't used to getting professional pictures taken. We can safely say that this is the case for the vast majority of our couples, as most of us don't spend a lot of time in front of the camera with a true photographer at the helm. That is one of the major reasons we include Couples sessions in all of our packages, so that you can get more acquainted and comfortable in front of the lens and so that we can build a little bit of working chemistry together with the two of you prior to the wedding day. On a side note, we call it a Couples session not just to be cute or different, but because you don't just have to be engaged to take part in a session like this. We encourage non-engaged couples, those celebrating their one year anniversary as well as 'old-married' couples to take a moment to celebrate their time together and have some nice picture taken of them no matter where they may be at in the timeline of their relationship. All that being said, Jessa & Brett were a breeze to work with, they took direction well, and seemed to have fun with the session which is really what it's all about. When it's all said and done, they have plenty of proofs to pour over and can now say they're experienced when it comes to professional photo sessions.
