Melissa + Tim are Engaged!

Derrick & I met up with Mel and Tim last week at the Union and had a great time chatting with these two and getting some great shots of them! Mel and Tim met while attending UW Madison, so the Union was a location that had some significance for them both. As we passed the flooded tables of college students enjoying pitchers of beer Mel told us a great story about one of the first times she really "noticed" Tim. They were studying together for their finals with a group of friends when Tim suggested they all go to the Union to get a pitcher of beer and give up studying. Tim being a senior cared a little less about his finals at that point then Mel did and was ready to have some fun. Luckily this made Mel notice Tim's laid back character even more, and here they are now, months from their wedding in Milwaukee and beautiful reception at the Grain Exchange.

We are soo excited to be working with them both & can't wait to shoot their wedding!
