10.4.08 Shawnda & Sean are Married!

We like to believe that fate plays a role in every relationship we have personally, as well as with all the relationships we are surrounded by. Sean's niece was born 8 weeks premature. Being parents ourselves we can only imagine how scary of an ordeal this could be to go through. Anyone who has been, or has had someone close to them in the hospital knows just how important nurses can really be when dealing with the situation at hand. It's their expertise, their caring, and the comfort they provide that helps get not only the patient, but the whole family through what may be a difficult ordeal. Shawnda is a nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit where Sean's niece was being cared for. It was her caring and compassion that not only played a role in making sure baby Bella was going to be alright, early as she was, but that also stole Sean's heart. A few short years later here they are, happily married and really perfectly matched. And to top it off, now a little lady, Bella strolled down the aisle as a happy flower girl without a care in the world, just excited to now officially be able to call Shawnda her Aunt. Shawnda & Sean had a fantastic reception in a beautifully decorated tent on her parents picturesque property in Deerefield. Shawnda's mom said in her speech "Shawnda has the wedding she always dreamed of as a little girl," and ironically it was all made possible because another little girl just couldn't wait to come into the world.
